All the staff was helpful and very helpful, fixed my issues. The room was a nice size on higher floors and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Extras like a safe box, cable channels, and a mini bar fridge were appreciated. The daily service was excellent...

The rooms at Muong Thanh Luxury Vientiane Hotel are absolutely amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 24-hour room service and premium bedding. The individual controlled air conditioning and complimentary in-room WiFi are a huge plus. And let's not forget about the Karaoke rooms! They are integrated with high quality audio-visuals and a smart lighting system, making it so much fun for the whole family.

I personally wasn't a big fan of the Karaoke rooms. But hey, that's just my opinion.

We loved the large swimming pool, awesome table tennis, and good selection for free breakfast. The staff was extra kind and helpful, treating everyone like royalty. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Thai embassy, this hotel also offers good value for money.

Great location, walking distance from Thai embassy. Affordable food, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast with a wide variety of options including tasty pasta with seafood. Decent gym with cardio machines, training machines, and free weights. Plenty of parking space. Comfortable bed and large windows. Glass wall between shower and bedroom adds a unique touch.

The value for money at Muong Thanh was great, with high quality rooms and a price of around €80 per night. The location was convenient, especially if you're visiting the Thai Embassy, and the staff were lovely and spoke good English.

One improvement that could be made is to offer a wider variety of food options during breakfast, particularly in terms of breakfast offerings.

The business center was perfect for getting some work done, and the fitness center allowed us to stay active during our stay. The laundry services were convenient and ensured that our clothes stayed clean and fresh. The tours and ticketing services made it easy for us to explore the beautiful city of Vientiane.

For dads, it would be great if there was a dedicated play area for children.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Muong Thanh. The facilities were also top-notch, especially the well-equipped gym and the beautiful glass wall between the shower and the bedroom. Additionally, the reception staff were extremely helpful in assisting with any queries I had. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of services including massages and a Turkish bath. the indoor swimming pool was clean and accompanied by a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxation. the restaurant provided exquisite cuisine with dishes crafted to perfection.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment options. Although we had access to a TV room, there were no karaoke or poolside snack bar options available.

This hotel has an excellent location, with many expensive restaurants nearby and a quick drive to the city center, airport, and Thai embassy. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with good gym and swimming pool facilities. The staff are friendly, and provide good value for money, with a nice pick-up service from the airport, too.

The service needs improvement, as some staff can be unhelpful, and some may not speak English.

Had a wonderful time during my Easter break with my family. the swimming pool and gym facilities were amazing. We loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. the spacious lobby and restaurant areas were terrific for sitting and chatting with our family, and we appreciated how courteous and friendly the staff was throughout our stay. the location was excellent and just a short walk from some fantastic cafes, parks, and shopping areas.

Our only issue was with the breakfast buffet quality and variety, especially considering we were expecting a five-star level spread. It wasn't the worst we've ever had, but it could have been better.

The hotel had a sick fitness center where we pumped iron and worked up a sweat. And guess what? They also had a cool business center where we pretended to be important and used their fancy computers. Plus, the laundry service saved our lives when we realized we had nothing clean to wear for our night out. The tours and ticketing services hooked us up with all the cool places to visit in Vientiane. Muong Thanh had everything we needed for an epic trip with friends.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be if the hotel had a banging nightclub. We wanted to party the night away, but had to venture out to find a happening spot.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with the option of having fresh juices and proper coffee with no added cost. The gym facilities were well-maintained and spacious, providing an excellent workout experience. the location was conveniently only five minutes away from the Thai Embassy and had several coffee shops, a mini-mart, and a wine bar nearby.
